JOB DUTIES: The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance operations within a facility or organization. This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure.
