We are a Family-owned and operated Construction Company in Clearwater, FL due, to expansion we are opening our new office in Orlando FL. Our company has been in business for 7 years; with a 4.5-star customer rating. We specialize in Residential and Commercial properties. Some types of work we do include but are not limited to remodels, demolition, additions, windows and doors Currently our Company is growing rapidly, we have several open positions available in both our Clearwater office and our Orlando Office. Positions Available Include: Sales Representatives Project Managers General Laborers Experienced Tradesmen in all fields of construction Office Assistants full and part time. Sub Contractors – all fields of Construction, must have worker comp or exemption letter Compensation: Employee - Pay will be based on experience; minimum starting pay is $18 hr, pay is weekly There is a 90-day probationary period at which time you will have a Performance review with possible pay increase Sub – Contractors – Pay will be an agreed upon price per job Currently, we do not offer benefits or medical. Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (we rarely work past 4:30pm as we want our employees to have a personal life as well) Weekends are NOT required, however if you are interested in extra weekend work it may be available at times Qualifications: We are looking for individuals who are not afraid of hard work! Must be punctual Able to take verbal and written directions Work independently Must have a valid Driver License Have reliable transportation as you will be driving to job sites. Experience is not required as we will train the right individuals If you have construction experience this is a Great opportunity for career growth. Construction Laborer/Helper

About the position Kelley Construction Group is seeking dedicated individuals to fill full-time and part-time positions as Construction Laborers/Helpers immediately. This role is essential for supporting our crew leaders on various job sites across Pinellas and Pasco Counties. As a crew member, you will be responsible for assisting in the movement of building materials, maintaining cleanliness on the job site, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. While some construction experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement, making this an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates looking to start their careers in construction. In this position, you will have the chance to learn about marine construction practices, especially if you have any prior experience in this area. Familiarity with operating marine construction equipment is a plus, but we are also open to training individuals who are eager to learn.
