Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, reliable Construction Laborer with residential remodeling experience and their own basic hand tools. Responsibilities: Perform demolition, site preparation, framing, drywall, and basic carpentry tasks. Assist skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) as needed. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times. Operate hand tools, power tools, and light construction equipment safely. Assist with installation of doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and fixtures. Follow safety regulations and company policies. Communicate effectively with project managers and team members. Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on residential construction or remodeling experience. Must have a set of basic hand tools and reliable transportation.
