CNC/Processor Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Processor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various technical fields. This role involves working with high voltage systems, utilizing Cabinet Vision CAD software for design purposes, and providing exceptional customer service. The Processor will be responsible for calibrating and fabricating components as well as performing field service tasks to ensure optimal functionality of our products. Responsibilities • Operate and maintain CNC equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. • Utilize Cabinet Vision CAD programs to create and modify technical drawings and schematics. • Calibrate instruments and machinery to meet specified standards. • Provide field service support, troubleshooting issues directly at customer sites. • Fabricate components as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards. • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance product performance, schedule deliveries and receive material. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Qualifications • Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in CNC systems preferred. • Proficiency in CAD, specifically Cabinet Vision, for design and drafting purposes. • Prior experience with schematicsand/or technical drawings • Experience in field service roles, demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site. • Familiarity with calibration processes and equipment. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. MILLING MACHINE OPERATOR C.W. Roberts Contracting, Inc. (CWR) is a growing road construction company. We are seeking to fill a highly skilled Milling Machine Operator for our local operations. CNC Operator

Description: Job Description: CNC Operator Classification: Nonexempt Revision Date: 12/12/2024 The CNC Operator routinely operates equipment in the Mill Shop, creates replenishment requests for raw materials and performs related material handling duties. Reporting: The CNC Operator reports to the Building 2 Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities: • Load and operate CNC router table, table saw, band saw, cutoff saw and other equipment necessary to fabricate production parts in the Mill Shop area. • Create CNC machine nests to optimize machine run time and obtain best utilization of sheet goods for the router operation • Prepare weekly raw material replenishment requests to assure target inventory levels are maintained • Perform periodic maintenance and repair on Mill Shop equipment • Maintain clean and orderly workspace • Participate in periodic inventory counts for materials in the Mill Shop work area • Operate material handling equipment in order to off load and put up incoming raw materials and to transfer work in progress to other shops or the stockroom • Cross train to support other work teams in Lamination, Cut and Grind, Patching and Assembly teams • May be called upon to perform other material handling and light building and equipment maintenance functions plant wide. Competencies: • Ability to interpret part drawings and production scheduling tools • Able to work with computers and networks to download parts files, create machine nests, obtain production schedules and work lists Requirements: Physical Requirements and Working Environment: • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly • The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly in production areas as required • The ability to work in an environment that routinely entails noise, dust and odors • Operate a fork lift on and other material handling equipment as necessary • The ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, hear, speak and read English
