Overview: • Job title: Machine Operator • Shift: 2 different shifts - 6AM-6PM and 6PM-6AM / 223 shift • Pay: $15-$16.50/hr (based on experience) • Location: Kissimmee, FL • Manufacturing food environment Description: • Operate machinery efficiently and safely. • Set up, start up, disassemble, reassemble, and operate machines during production. • Ensure product specifications like weight, moisture, length, and texture are met. • Clean the machine and work area safely throughout the shift. • Prepare dough according to product specifications. • Comply with OSHA and workplace safety regulations. • Perform related duties as required by the supervisor. Qualifications: • Machine operation and troubleshooting. • Ability to use a tape measure. • Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose machinery. • Experience in the food production industry is preferred. Work Environment The work environment is a humid food production industry, primarily involving ovens for tortillas, which can get hot. The ideal candidate will have experience operating manual lathes, mills, and grinders to produce and repair precision aircraft components.
