We are seeking a skilled and detail orientated CNC programmer/ machinist. As such you will play a critical role in our assembly repair process, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and machining skills to fabricate a variety of components. If you have experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes then this position may be the perfect fit for you. Duties - Program CNC mills and lathes and manual machines as required. - Read blueprints and schematics to determine the correct machining procedures. - Use logic controllers to operate CNC equipment. Use hand measuring equipment to ensure accurate and precise manufacturing. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and quality control standards. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and high-quality production. - Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues in a timely and cost effective manner. Skills - Experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably with a background in CNC machining and assembly line production. -Strong mechanical knowledge and machining skills. - Preferably familiar with G-code and FANUC controllers - Knowledge of blueprint ready, tolerances and their application in manufacturing. - Attention to detail and commitment to Quality control. - Physical stamina to preform machine setup tasks. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
