Description Manufacture implants and instruments at an introductory level. Key Responsibilities • Operate CNC machines with minimal assistance. • Work from written instructions; (Work Instructions) • Be able to adjust offsets to maintain dimensional integrity. • Ability to inspect own work with minimal assistance. • Meet production standards and quality expectations. • Ability to document results accurately. • Understand and follow GMP procedures as applicable to job duties. • Understand and follow all departmental SOP’s. Document and report any process deviations to team leader. • Understand and comply with all department safety policies and procedures. • Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards. • Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary. • Any other duties as assigned by Team Leader Skills, Knowledge and Experience Education: • High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: • Able to read blueprints. • Strong math skills • Able to use basic inspection tools, calipers, mics, etc • Some manufacturing experience. • Machine Operator Location: Gainesville, FL, 32609 Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate machinery. You will ensure the efficient running of production. Your main responsibilities will include operating equipment including lathes, borers, millers, grinders, presses, drills and other machines, ensuring that production deadlines are met, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
