Qualifications • Proven experience as a CNC machinist, operator, or model maker, or strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to train in CNC operations. • Proficiency with Fusion 360, Mastercam, SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD/CAM software required. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and G-code programs. • Familiarity with CMM inspection and metrology tools is a plus. • Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to quality. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic, evolving manufacturing environment. • Experience with shipping, receiving, or inventory management is advantageous.
