Job Description Summary Baer Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Machinist to operate our router table. The ideal candidate will have experience in precision machining and a strong understanding of router table operations. This role is crucial to ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products. This is a Union position with the IBEW Local 14. Job Description: Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain router tables to produce parts according to specifications. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files. • Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance. • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency. • Assist with assembling and manufacturing products. • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. • Manage raw Material inventory. Qualifications and Education Requirements: • Proven experience as a Machinist, specifically with router tables. • Strong understanding of machining techniques and materials. • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication skills.
