The hours are Monday - Thursday from 4:10 pm. to 2:25 am, with potential overtime on Fridays. The pay starts at $20 an hour and goes up from there depending on experience. Our 2nd shift employees also receive an extra $1 per hour for working our 2nd shift. Our machine operators set up and operate automated and semi-automated wood processing machinery. That entails handling, inspecting, and packaging raw and finished wood parts. Daily, they use computerized equipment and communicate regularly with other team members.
