The Campbell Mill plant is 1 million square feet and is home to 7 manufacturing technologies to produce a wide variety of cereal products our customers know and love. Northfield is a town steeped in history, featuring two colleges and the original Ames Mill where the Malt-O-Meal Company got its start. Responsibilities Post Consumer Brands has an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals, work well in a collaborative team setting, possessing skills performing mechanical tasks utilizing basic hand tools, and strong attention to detail. This full-time position is responsible for operating and monitoring the equipment on our processing production lines. Our processing team members are responsible for operating and monitoring the equipment where raw ingredients are baked, flaked, puffed, cooked, and made into cereal! In this position you will ensure that the equipment is running correctly while adhering to quality and safety standards. Pay Rate: $25.50/hour Job Activities & Duties • Operate and monitor all equipment in partnership with the processing team by following company procedures to ensure it is running correctly • Use basic hand tools to perform repairs and light maintenance on all related equipment • Record production data required for measuring waste, downtime or production efficiency, or other pertinent data as required • Communicate with team members to stay up to date on important information, processes, issues, and concerns • Participate in safety training and strictly follow safety policies, rules, and procedures • Occasionally operate forklift to transport materials to designated area of production area • Perform quality checks on raw ingredients, intermediate and finished products • Work with dry/raw ingredients to create batches and vitamin/slurry mixture • Use high attention to detail when making batches to ensure food safety and limited product waste • Staying on top of batches and ordering ingredients • Working with heavy equipment such as gun screw, dryer, ingredient mixer, airlocks, couplers, conveyors, blowers, etc • Wet washing/deep cleaning with appropriate cleaning solutions • Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues such as failing bearings, belts, motors, etc • Keep work area clean and orderly, perform sanitation audits and develop action plans to correct problem areas • Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on all related equipment • Record production data required for measuring waste, downtime or production efficiency Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent Skills & Abilities: • Technical skills are preferred but not required • Ability to learn the operation of a wide range of packaging equipment • Ability to use basic hand tools Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent Skills & Abilities: • Technical skills are preferred but not required • Ability to learn the operation of a wide range of packaging equipment • Ability to use basic hand tools Education:UNAVAILABLEEmployment Type: FULL_TIME

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Machinist’s Mates (MM) are responsible for operating and maintaining ship propulsion machinery, auxiliary equipment and outside machinery.
