CNC Operator - 2nd Shift

Our client is seeking 2nd Shift Machine Operators to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: CNC/Machine Operators - 2nd Shift Location: Barronett, WI Pay Range: $20 - $25/hr, based on experience What's the Job? • Set Up & Operate machines to product products • Handle materials using forklifts and overhead cranes. • Perform general labor tasks as required. • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality output. What's Needed? • Prior industrial/machine operation experience preferred • Proven track record of good attendance • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new tasks. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
