Required Qualifications: • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. • At least 18 years of age. • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). • Willingness to work in a hot, cold, and wet environment. • Availability to work outside of normal shifts, including weekends and off-shift hours as necessary. • Able to lift frequently. • Complete Buddy training program successfully. • Obtain and maintain scissor lift and floor scrubber training. • Capability to work at heights and use a safety harness. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in food service or production. • Consistent work history in the past 12 months. • Dependable and punctual. • Leadership experience is a plus. • Strong critical thinking skills. • A valid driver's license.
