Growing St. Cloud area manufacturing company seeking to add CNC machinists to their team. All positions are full-time, long term roles with OT and full benefits available after probation period! We are currently looking for candidates on multiple different shifts. We are currently hiring for a variety of different shifts: • 1st shift • 2nd Shift • Weekend day shift • Weekend night shift 10 & 12 hour shifts available! • *Shift Differentials apply for off shifts!** Candidates will be operating CNC mills and lathes to machine customer specific parts. Candidates will also be performing tool changes, adjusting feeds and speeds, basic quality checks, and any other duties necessary. We are currently looking for operating and setup level candidates, and setup candidates will be setting up machines multiple times per day. • *If you have more experience on mills or lathes, or if you prefer one of the other, you will be in in the area that best suits your skill set. We are looking for candidates who have 1+ years of machining experience, preferably working CNC mills or CNC lathes, OR related education, but we will consider candidates who have other CNC experience (brake press, laser, etc.). Operator level pay - $20-$25/hour base pay Setup level pay - $25-$33/hour base pay Pay is based on skill level and experience level!
