CNC MACHINIST – HIGH-MIX JOB SHOP Pay: $30+ per hour (based on experience and demonstrated capability) We are a fast-paced, high-mix precision machining job shop specializing in aerospace and defense parts. We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented CNC Machinist who thrives in a dynamic environment where problem-solving and flexibility are key. Position Summary This hands-on role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC Mills (3-Axis and 5-Axis, including automated pallet systems) and/or CNC Lathes to produce tight-tolerance components. Loads and unloads delivery trucks as needed, using SAP to receive and ship materials. Processes operational activities in SAP through work orders and prepares proper documentation including transfer orders, bills of lading, delivery notes, work orders, call tags for non-conforming material and others as required. • Problem solving and Communication - Resolves assembly and production issues and communicates errors in the product line, equipment and or issues in fulfilling orders. • Safety and Continuous Improvement - Participates actively in Continuous Improvement activities and submits ideas to help drive improvement.
