This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed. Why join us? Competitive starting pay: up to $28/hr depending on experience Raise to $30/hr after 90 days based on performance Room for further pay increases based on continued success Great work environment – team-oriented, no micromanagement Direct mentorship and hands-on training from the owner Full benefits package Job Details Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC 2-axis lathes and 3-axis mills Work with FANUC and HAAS controls Read and interpret technical drawings and G-code Select appropriate work holding and tooling Use graphics at the control to confirm and proof programs Troubleshoot issues during setup or operation Use precision measuring equipment to inspect parts Problem-solve and think critically without relying on setup sheets Requirements: Proven experience setting up and operating CNC equipment Ability to read and interpret G-code, blueprints, and technical specs Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Must be self-motivated and eager to learn Experience with both lathe and mill operations required Comfortable working in a shop environment Interested in hearing more?
