We are a job shop, and tend to be required to provide a quick turnaround for our customers. May include full manufacture, quick modifications, and simple to complex repairs. Must be VERY experienced in manual machining, especially lathe. You will be working with carbon steels, aluminum, stainless, bronze, etc. Parts can be as small as 1/4" diameter, but more commonly upwards of 2"-40" diameter. Must have own machinist tools. Tool & Die experience is extremely helpful. Position requires use of conventional lathes , mills, band saws, surface grinding, drill presses, hydraulic presses, etc. As it is a fast paced job shop type environment, you should be able to think on the fly, and work with all different personalities throughout the day. Must be able to take direction when necessary, and must be able to work unassisted as well. MINIMUM 3-5 years experience required. Benefits available after probationary period.
