Position Overview We are seeking entry-level CNC machine operators to run CNC lathes in a fast-paced production environment. Operators will be responsible for starting and monitoring machines, loading materials, inspecting parts, and ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently. While some prior machine operating experience is helpful, it is not required—on-the-job training will be provided for motivated candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a hands-on manufacturing role.
