CNC Machinist/Production

We are an established door manufacturing company, located in Ventura, CA. We create custom, luxury patio doors. Our process starts when we receive our wood shipments and ends when the whole door and frame are completed! With that said, we are looking for someone who can assist with this process! Start date and specific job skills will be discussed in interview process as this position is a similar but new position for the company. Position: Carpenters and/or Warehouse workers. Full Time ONLY. Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Overtime is available. Entry Level Position. Experience is a plus but NOT a must. Training will be available. SE HABLA ESPANOL!! Machinist

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to lead operations in a small machine shop specializing in the repair and rebuilding of conventional, long stroke, and air balanced pumping units. This is primarily a shop-based role with occasional field support as needed. The position includes hands-on machining, component rebuilding, and collaboration with field technicians and welders to support oilfield operations. Some wellhead component repair work, including spools and flanges, is also part of the job scope. Key Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain manual machine tools including engine lathes, presses, radial drills, milling machines, and general shop equipment. • Repair and rebuild structural bearing assemblies and pumping unit components. • Support field crews and welders with component needs and technical support. • Manufacture and repair oilfield production equipment and wellhead components. • Interpret and follow engineered drawings and work instructions. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Respond to after-hours emergency callouts as required. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience operating manual machining equipment in a production or repair environment. • Strong background in manufacturing and repairing oilfield production and wellhead equipment. • Experience with pumping units, particularly air balanced systems, strongly preferred. • Engineering experience is a plus. • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Application Question(s): • Please detail your experience with reading and interpreting technical drawling's and specifications. CNC Operations Machinist

Required Education: • High School Diploma or equivalent Required Experiences and Skills: • 2+ years CNC experience • Experience in a production/manufacturing environment Desired Experiences and Skills: • Past experience in medical or regulated device industry CNC Machinist Responsibilities: • Produces machined parts using a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) lathe machine. • Interprets work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials lists, specifications, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters. • Checks machine on an ongoing basis to ensure accuracy of settings. • Work includes assignment planning, layout, set up, operating and making tool adjustments for various types of numerically controlled and computerized machine shop equipment. • Works from blueprints, process sheets and sketches to perform production tasks, which may include the cutting and shaping of metal to precision dimensions. • Checks and inspects machining operations against specified tolerances. • May identify and repair minor machine malfunctions. • **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** • **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit [Link available when viewing the job].
