Key Responsibilities • CNC Setup & Operation: Set up and operate 3-axis CNC Mills and Lathes to perform high-precision machining operations. • Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure each part is produced to exact requirements. • Machine Maintenance: Perform daily and preventative maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. • Process Monitoring: Adjust machine settings and tooling to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and product quality throughout the production run. • Quality Control: Inspect machined components using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to meet tight tolerances. • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members to refine machining processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall production workflow. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, machine logs, and inspection results. Qualifications & Requirements • Experience: Minimum of 5 of hands-on experience in CNC machining, with proficiency in operating 3-axis CNC Mills & Lathes. • Machine Proficiency: Experience with Hurco machines and Conversational CNC programming is highly preferred. • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, and machining best practices. • Attention to Detail: High precision and quality standards with the ability to detect and correct machining errors. • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills with a team-oriented attitude. • Adaptability: Ability to troubleshoot, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Cnc Mill operator. Must be able to load heavy parts and do an easy set up and do some easy editing. Change inserts on Tools and check part at finish of run for quality. General Machinist

Description – General Machinist The acceptable candidates shall be required to set up and operate lathes, mills, surface grinders, and hand equipment with minimal supervision. faces and diameters holding tolerances of between .005" and .0002." Ability to inspect internal and external dimensions using micrometers, gages, and amps. Maintain proper documentation of SPC data and collaborate with management staff and the supervisor. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques is helpful. Overtime is generally required. 1st piece and in-process inspection of the necessary work.
