Responsibilities: • Specific functions include, but are not limited to: • Performs startup and repair of Manual & CNC Machine Tools • Performing service on existing products in machine shops and manufacturing companies. • Installation of new CNC controls and CNC machine tools. • Performing scheduled maintenance to keep things running like new. • Contacting the customer to schedule service calls. • Completing various reports in an accurate and timely manner. Machine Operator Summary • As a Machine Operator you are responsible for the efficiency and output of work orders assigned to the machine. In addition, machine operators are responsible for meeting or exceeding expectations throughout packaging and quality processes as outlined for each customer order based on specifications. Must be able to reach, push and pull 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Must be able to communicate with others and complete ISO documentation accurately.
