Job Summary The primary responsibility of the Finish Machine Operator I is to perform duties related to product finishing, including operating machinery safely, monitoring quality, and meeting production goals. Training will be provided for operating an industrial sander and other machines as needed. Essential Functions • Learn processes such as forming, laundry, pack out, and sleeve/glove turning. • Operate department machinery including stamper, heat seal, and packing machines safely. • Monitor products for defects and ensure quality standards. • Package finished products according to instructions. • Use the Lynq production tracking system to enter daily production data. • Maintain a safe and clean workstation. • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications • 0-3 months of experience in a manufacturing environment. • Basic math skills for accurate product counting. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift. • Ability to work in hot or cool environments. • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Education & Experience • High School Diploma or GED required. Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm or 6am-2:30pm.
