Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Duties & Responsibilities: • Lift & count egg bites and omelets into packaging. • Lift the packaging onto conveyor belt. • Test seals of the packaging periodically. • Pack the packages into boxes and cases. • Keeping machine area clean. • Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle • Set boxes on pallet • Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed) • Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines • Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools • Test operation of machines periodically • Fix issues that might occur during the shift • Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws • Keep records of approved and defective units or final products • Maintain activity logs • Must maintain an excellent attendance record / adherence to attendance policy. • Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed. • Ability to perform tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision. • Must complete training period before full position pay is effective. • Other duties that may be assigned. • **Perfect Attendance incentive is factored into pay for this position. CNC Machinist - Now Hiring

We are seeking CNC Machinist to join our team. As a Machinist: You will be responsible for preparing production ground carbide nozzles by using proprietary precision CNC grinder dicing technologies specifications. You will set up, make offset adjustments, operate, and perform quality checks. In addition, maintaining a best-in-class nature of the equipment and tooling. You will be responsible for enhancing our abilities to produce parts on time and within specified tolerances. You may also have responsibility for editing CNC programs. Once parts are produced you will be responsible to inspect the parts verifying all necessary dimensions. This is a skilled role. The role also requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality production and reliability in attendance to ensure our on-time delivery to our customers stays at a world-class level. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities • Operate and maintain production results utilizing our CNC dicing machines. • Continuous use of microscope and micrometers for inspection, centering and measuring of dicing results. • Access the computerized Nozzle Database for all specifications for each variation of our nozzles. • Maintain equipment and ensure a safe clean working environment before, during and after dicing and inspection. • Basic CNC dicing machine set up with wheel location and adjustments. Back cuts and "T" plate operations. Grind scribe on back side of blanks. • Make adjustments to programs to achieve depth and width when dicing operations do not comply with the specification that are listed in the database. • Follow safety procedures and guidelines set forth by Nordson Corp. • Interact daily with other team members to ensure results are consistent. • Beginner ability to read blueprints and determine critical values. • Attention to detail is crucial to achieve our precise results. • Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements • Certificate in machine shop technology or CNC machinist, preferably using precision grinding equipment. • Basic CNC programming and editing training. • 2 plus years of experience preferred or combination work experience, internship and schooling may be considered. • Precision measuring instruments, especially micrometers, microscopes, and optical comparators. • Computer access skills.
