In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and form metal parts according to specifications. You'll play a key role in ensuring parts are produced accurately, efficiently, and on time. Key Responsibilities: • Set up and operate press brake machines to form metal components to exact specifications • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and shop drawings • Select proper tooling and make machine adjustments for material type and thickness • Perform quality checks and inspect parts for accuracy and finish • Maintain production levels while ensuring safety and quality standards are met • Troubleshoot and correct any machine or part issues during production • Keep a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols Requirements: • Experience operating a press brake (Amada, Cincinnati, or Trumpf) is a plus, but we’re happy to train motivated candidates. • Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and use precision measuring tools • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for long periods Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (3-day weekends!)
