CNC Router Operator

WestRock is looking for a CNC Router Operator for our Wood Department at our facility in Forest City, NC. This position is for our 1st shift and will support Production and Manufacturing goals. This role is right for you if you have machine operation experience and enjoy driving results and accuracy in a manufacturing environment. Title: CNC Router Operator - Forest City, NC Summary: The Router Operator is responsible for the set-up and overall operation of the CNC Router and the quality of the work produced. The opportunity: • Knowledgeable in software for specific 3-axis router(s) (i.e. Weeke, BOF Table, Biesse) • Match ticket to correct program • Check for proper tooling and set up vacuum pods • Run a single part to check for accuracy before running complete shop order. Make adjustment to the machine if necessary • After making the adjustments get the part approved by Quality or the proper personnel.
