James Tool Machine and Engineering is located in Morganton NC. Job Summary: A Candidate for this position must be able to read and interpret blueprints. The Candidate must also be skilled in creating CNC programs, setting the part up and running the part to attain repeatability and cycle time. This position must perform test runs and make adjustments until the resulting product meets blueprint specifications. Candidates that tend to be successful in this position are adaptable to a Job Shop environment; hands-on management style; are task and results oriented; and able to work and communicate with people at all levels from shop floor to top management. This is a detail-oriented position that requires a candidate that has considerable planning, judgment, and the ability to work independently while driving continuous improvement and optimization is all day-to-day activities.
