We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our facilities management team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems through preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Responsibilities: • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems and equipment • Replace lighting and ballasts as needed • Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting client occupancy and operations • Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean, safe work areas • Identify and propose solutions for safety hazards • Complete required safety training • Comply with policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials • Update work order status in real-time using CMMS systems (WebTMA) • Escalate problems or issues to customers and managers promptly • Perform other tasks as assigned • Maintain effective communication with team members and clients Qualifications: Minimum requirements: • 2+ years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical Physical requirements: • Lifting up to 50 lbs. • Working from heights • Frequently climbing, bending, lifting, kneeling, stooping, and working/extending overhead • Working in adverse conditions (i.e., extreme cold, extreme hot) • Climbing a ladder up to 15 feet Preferred requirements: • Strong Customer Service skills • Strong Interpersonal skills
