HVAC Technician ABSOLUTELY COOL INNOVATIONS, LLC is a fast-growing company that provides HVAC and plumbing maintenance and repair services to Sebring, FL. We are looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC systems, troubleshoot electrical issues, repair or replace broken HVAC equipment, and perform other related duties. Duties and Responsibilities: • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair or replace broken HVAC equipment • Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems • Replace refrigerant gas systems, oil-vapor systems, air-vent systems, condensate systems, and natural gas lines • Perform preventative maintenance on natural gas lines and plumbing systems • Complete work orders with proper documentation in customer’s work log system • Complete safety training for all Technicians using our safety training system • Complete required daily logs for your job/job site in order to be qualified as a Qualified Service Technician (QST) Qualifications: • Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record • Must be willing to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions throughout the year as well as throughout the year. • Must be willing to work overtime when needed including but not limited to; heat related illnesses, cold/hot summers, inclement weather days, etc. • Must have basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical documents and understand basic electrical concepts. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems. Ability to follow written instructions accurately and complete work in a timely manner.
