CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN Job Responsibilities & Requirements HVAC Service Tech for company that handles service work and site maintenance for national accounts. • Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction • Uses a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units. • Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products at customer’s location. • Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as need or requested by customers. • Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary. • Inspects vehicles by checking vehicle condition and cleanliness • Maintains vehicles by keeping records of service, scheduling, and complete repairs and maintenance service • Maintains equipment by inspecting for signs of wear. Responsibilities include providing expert technical guidance via phone and email, resolving escalated system issues, technical training, and ensuring customer satisfaction utilizing case management. This role involves interpreting wiring schematics, troubleshooting Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, and conducting critical software and hardware updates. The Senior Field Technical Specialist HVAC - Southeast Region will also coordinate jobsite visits, be directly responsible for regional success of assigned customer service champions and assist in the development of training materials. A strong ability to network and foster relationships with staff and partners is essential. Support for all residential and commercial products are required. Develop regional service support strategies & actions through the LG Preferred Service Champion Program. Manage all aftermarket support activities within assigned region.
