Commercial Service HVAC Technician

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with experience in refrigeration for our growing Commercial Service Department in Central Florida. Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and diagnose defects in air conditioning systems for commercial properties • Replace/repair defective parts, including thermostats, fan controls, damper motors, filters, compressors, pressure controls, and safety valves • Installation of new air conditioning systems • Maintain good communication with dispatch and management • Keep the company truck clean and organized • Manage truck inventory • Maintain a professional appearance • Full-time work schedule, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Qualifications: • EPA Certification • Five or more years of HVAC technician experience • Valid Driver’s License • Clean Driving Record • Strong attention to detail • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills We offer competitive pay, health and dental insurance, profit sharing, stock ownership, paid holidays, PTO, and other benefits. Commercial and Residential HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial and Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and 2+ years of experience in commercial and/or residential air conditioning and refrigeration systems. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, servicing, and troubleshooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on residential and commercial properties. Equipment types that will be worked on include: 2-10 ton residential units and 10-30 ton commercial units. This is not a seasonal position; it is permanent and full-time. Wage will be based on experience and discussed during the interview. Applicant must have a clean FL Driver's license and be drug free. General Responsibilities • Service HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and refrigeration systems. • Perform routine maintenance on existing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems, identifying issues related to mechanical components. • Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in a timely manner. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all repairs. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Requirements • Proven experience as a commercial and/or residential HVAC Service Technician role in the heating and cooling industry. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems effectively. • Ability to perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC installations. • Proficiency in plumbing, welding, and refrigerating techniques is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
