Description Skilled work performing maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment, including general electric, plumbing, and construction work. Performs general maintenance duties, including large and small scale painting, dry wall tape and finish, laminating, carpentry, and woodwork. Functions independently within scope of abilities.
