Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are installed correctly and operate efficiently. As an HVAC Installer, you will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service to our clients. Responsibilities • Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. • Conduct routine maintenance checks on existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment as needed. • Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as plumbers and electricians, to complete installations. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installations. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally. Experience • Proven experience in HVAC installation or related field is preferred. • Familiarity with HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning units and heating systems. • Skills in welding and plumbing are advantageous. • Experience in property maintenance or mechanical work is a plus. • Valid driver's license is required for field service duties. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. • Ideally speaks both English and Spanish.
