Job Title: HVAC Technician Company: LEAD Staffing Location: Throughout the State of Florida Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: LEAD Staffing is currently seeking experienced HVAC Technicians for a client that has several projects throughout the state of Florida. We are looking for 3-4 guys and possibly One Lead guy who can travel to different sites. Right now, they have sites in Brooksville, Winter Haven, Ft. Pierce, Arcadia and Alachua, FL as well as other projects. We are looking for responsible & experienced guys. Requirements: • Install new HVAC controls. • Repair existing units, trouble shooting & programming. • Reading schematics and job related blueprints. • Use specialized software to set up automated system & automating the climate controls. • Setting up and configuring programmable logic controls. • Working with electrical components and controls. • Understanding network protocols and communication between devices. • Experience HVAC Control Systems. • Terminating and hooking up Low Volt Control Systems (Backnet Cable). • Optimizing energy consumption and implementing energy-saving strategies. • Manage HVAC, lighting, security cameras, alarms, access points, elevators, escalators, and irrigation systems. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. • Proficiency in using various tools and equipment.
