Shifts: Morning shifts, including weekends and holidays Key Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems throughout the resort property • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure systems are operating efficiently • Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and troubleshoot HVAC-related issues • Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions and repair or replace defective parts • Maintain accurate service records and log all maintenance work performed • Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes, safety regulations, and company standards • Communicate effectively with resort management and other maintenance staff • Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with guests or staff during repairs Qualifications • Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Must be reliable, professional, and maintain a neat appearance To apply, please submit your resume.
