Responsibilities • Manage large amounts of incoming calls while staying friendly and positive • Make large amount of outgoing call while staying friendly and positive • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Skills • Proven customer support experience • Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Must be able to work as a team • Dispatcher experience preferred • Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person

Certified HVAC Technician Position We are seeking a skilled Certified HVAC Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in multifamily housing properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing HVAC-related service requests and unit turns, troubleshooting and repairing heating/cooling systems, and maintaining appliances, electrical, and plumbing systems.
