MECHANIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS As an HVAC Apprentice you will assist experienced technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for a company that handles service work and site maintenance for national accounts. • Assist in the servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction • Uses a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units. • Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products at customer’s location. • Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers. • Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary. • Inspects vehicles by checking vehicle condition and cleanliness • Maintains vehicles by keeping records of service, scheduling, and complete repairs and maintenance service • Maintains equipment by inspecting for signs of wear. Notifies customer and/or Operations Manager of findings. • Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files • Represents company by serving as a direct customer contact. • Determines parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need • Documents work by completing paperwork on each job, including daily time, progress, and duration; and maintaining files. • Records parts, material, labor, subs and other cost data per assignment and returns unused resources • Turns in all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner. • Keeps current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service and repair • Read and interpret product specifications • Provides technical support to customers • A strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude are crucial • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as necessary • Regular travel requirements with some overnight travel, as needed BENEFITS OFFERED: • Medical Insurance • Dental Insurance • Paid Vacations • 401(k) retirement plan with generous company match QT7EwXVr6Q

Apartment (HVAC) Maintenance Technician Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated Apartment HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician professionals. Job Description: Our Certified Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the repair and general maintenance of apartment AC units and other property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Additionally, the Certified Maintenance Technician will work with the other maintenance team members as needed, including completing residential work orders for property residents. Responsibilities: • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair major appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers. • Perform electrical repairs and replacements, including switches, outlets, and light fixtures. • Conduct plumbing repairs and replacements as needed. • Perform carpentry work, lock repairs, or replacements as required. • Complete make-ready/punch-outs on vacant units to prepare them for new residents. • Address residential work orders for current property residents efficiently and professionally. • Assist in renovation projects to enhance the quality and appeal of our properties. • Maintain the curb appeal of the community by addressing landscaping, exterior maintenance, and cleanliness. • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Qualifications: • HVAC and EPA Universal certification required. • Must have your own tools (required). • One year of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field. (Property Management Housing) • Proven experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units. • Experience in major appliance repair, electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry. • Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer service.
