Pool heaters Ability to Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems a plus. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and customer information. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Valid HVAC certification and/or license. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
