Qualifications • Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role with a focus on service technician experience. • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance. • Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. • Knowledge of HVAC/R principles, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, plumbing, and boiler systems. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. • Valid driver's license required for travel between job sites. • Previous experience in construction or field service environments is preferred but not mandatory.
