Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service. Duties • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and heating systems. • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment. • Troubleshoot issues related to refrigeration and air conditioning units. • Perform field service tasks including equipment repair and system diagnostics. • Operate company vehicles for transportation to job sites; must possess a valid driver's license. • Collaborate with team members to build and implement effective HVAC solutions. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all operations. Experience • Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair is preferred. • Familiarity with refrigeration systems and plumbing is advantageous. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in the field. • Experience operating service vehicles safely and efficiently. • Knowledge of industry best practices for HVAC systems is a plus. • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
