Assembler 1 An Assembler 1 is responsible for assisting in the assembly of industrial HVAC units. This person should have experience with hand and power tools and the ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16th of an inch. This position helps with the framing, installation of parts, caulking, and cleaning of units. HVAC Assembler 1’s work under the supervision of a lead or senior assembler to ensure quality and safety.
