HVAC Install Technician

Due to growth in our commercial business, Schneider Heating & Air Conditioning has job opportunities for full-time HVAC Install Technicians to work out of our Onalaska shop. Responsibilities include installing new and/or replacing air conditioning, heating and ventilation/air quality systems (including duct) in commercial and residential settings (new construction and existing structures) within La Crosse and surrounding area. Potential (not required) for occasional out of town work. M-F daytime shift. No on-call. • Valid driver’s license required (with good driving record) • 1 year minimum HVAC experience and/or education required • In lieu of HVAC experience, may consider background in plumbing, ductwork or related HVAC work. HVAC Service Tech (experienced)-Onalaska

Diagnose, service and repair, as well as provide preventative maintenance, on heating, cooling and ventilation/air quality units and equipment in residential and commercial settings in and around the La Crosse/Onalaska area. Variety and challenge in your daily work with opportunities for growth and advancement. M-F daytime shift. No travel, home every night. No holidays or weekends, unless on-call. Shared on call rotation ONLY 2-3 DAYS per month and hours worked paid at time and half hourly rate plus $25 stipend, regardless if called out.
