Position: Lead HVAC/Facilities Technician 1st shift - $35-$50/HR Job Description We are seeking a skilled Lead HVAC Technician to service and maintain 12 properties within a 20-minute radius of Roseville/St. Paul. The role includes preventative maintenance, repairs, tenant improvement tasks, and other general handyman duties. Responsibilities • Conduct preventative maintenance and repair tasks across 12 properties. • Perform tenant improvement and general handyman tasks, including changing fixtures and light bulbs. • Handle general construction tasks such as painting, carpentry, and drywall patch work. • Execute tasks in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance as needed. • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high tenant satisfaction. Essential Skills • 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance. • Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and boilers. • Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and preventive maintenance. • Strong customer service skills.
