Currently we are looking for a HVAC Service Technician and are accepting applications with skills ranging from entry level to journeyman. We are seeking a full-time experienced HVAC Service Technician to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends. What you'll do • Ensure that assigned properties are maintained according to company standards • Some heavy lifting of equipment • Troubleshoot problems and make repairs • Provide excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies Qualifications • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required • Minimum 3 years’ field experience in HVAC maintenance or equivalent field • Or, 2 years’ of Technical school training and 1 year in the field • A general mechanical knowledge of plumbing, electrical and building trades • Proficient in reading, writing, grammar and mathematical skills • Possess your own basic tools to perform building maintenance • Have a valid driver’s license • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (both required) We reward talent.
