Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration Technician Overview Total Mechanical Service is hiring an HVAC, Refrigeration & Cooking Equipment Technician responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial kitchen & refrigeration equipment at our customer locations. Our technicians also provide preventative maintenance (PM) inspections and respond to emergency service calls on equipment including ovens, fryers, steamers, warmers, dish cleaning equipment, walk-ins, and ice machines.
