Minimum Qualifications: • Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds, be able to stand for long periods of time during the day, operate and work off of ladders, hold large objects over their head, move appliances, and practice fitness measures such as bending at the knees to lift objects, be able to walk up and down stairs, climb, kneel, crouch, and work outside in varying temperatures or in tight spaces. • Candidate will have five years of HVAC maintenance experience preferred Have and maintain a current and valid drivers license with proof of auto insurance, and own reliable, transportation to and from work and properties, and live within 30 minutes of El Paso, Texas. Must be proficient in all areas related to HVAC and it is preferable but not required to also have experience in plumbing, electrical, interior/exterior painting, drywall, carpentry, roof repair and general repairs Must have an HVAC EPA Certification and experience with HVAC systems.
