Pay • $50,000.00-$120,000.00 annually • Bonuses Offered (up to twice a year) Benefits • Medical (100% Employer Paid, Includes Spouse and Family) • Dental • Vision • Paid Holidays (Nine Paid) • PTO • Company Vehicle • Gas Card • Overtime (Time and a half) • Tools Provided Responsibilities • Perform service and maintenance tasks on various types of Heating and AC units, both residential and commercial, ensuring optimal functionality and performance. • Conduct bidding and installation of new Heating and AC units, accurately assessing customer requirements, providing cost estimates, and completing installations with precision. • Prepare and fill out invoices promptly for each job completed, ensuring accurate documentation of services rendered and facilitating timely customer billing. • Regularly deliver copies of invoices to the office, maintaining organized and up-to-date records of completed jobs. • Submit daily time tickets to the appropriate department, providing accurate and detailed information on hours worked and tasks performed. • Maintain a clean and organized shop, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for yourself and team members. • Keep the company vehicle clean and well-maintained, conducting regular inspections and addressing any maintenance or repair needs promptly. • Collaborate with the purchasing department to order necessary parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels in both the shop and company vehicle. • Efficiently manage inventory, keeping track of parts and equipment used to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
