Role and Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician: • Help in the attainment and continuous maintenance of superior cleanliness and equipment upkeep as directed by management. • Regularly changing the filters in oil fryers each day is a key task in their upkeep. • Maintain outside grounds. • Maintain cleanliness of equipment, clean windows inside and out, restock supply rooms, and sanitize restroom facilities. • Complete unloading responsibilities from the truck on a recurring basis. • Remove and discard the trash to maintain cleanliness. • Change light bulbs. • Keep HVAC and exhaust units clean by regularly clearing debris and maintaining a clutter-free roof.
