How does it get done? Maintaining heating equipment (blowers, fans, gas valves, heat exchangers, venting systems, burners, blower motors, thermostats, air stats, carbon monoxide/gas leaks, etc.). Maintain/install/repair evaporative cooling and exhaust/ventilation systems to include Dietary and moisture-exhaust systems in the Laundry. Provide refrigerant recovery and service in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act. Who are the customers? Patients/Clients/Residents/Employees Ideal Candidate Ideal candidate will have: Experience in maintaining heating/cooling equipment; Experience with air handling systems; Experience with exhaust/ventilation systems; Experience with refrigeration systems. Minimum Qualification High School Diploma or equivalent and six (6) months experience in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration maintenance and/or installing and repairing refrigeration and heating systems. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling six (6) months may substitute for the required experience.
