This position involves working on various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs on HVAC systems. No selling! 99% of work will be new start ups and warranty work. Duties • Mainly HVAC new start-ups on new residential construction homes and warranty work. Our company is strictly residential new construction. • No Selling Required! • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation equipment. • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to HVAC/R systems to determine necessary repairs or replacements. • Drive company van to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a clean driving record. Qualifications • Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. • Knowledge of property maintenance practices related to HVAC systems. • Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues efficiently. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is preferred. • Certification in HVAC or relevant technical training is highly desirable. • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
