HVAC Maintenance Mechanic

The Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro located in Goldsboro, NC (50 miles east of Raleigh, NC) is seeking qualified candidates to fill open Full Time positions in our HVAC Maintenance Department. Pay will be based on experience and skills. Competitive pay will be based on experience and skill. Commercial HVAC Lead Technician

Job Summary Details: The HVAC Technician II performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in accordance with client expectations and requests.
