Required Education, Experience and Qualifications • At least 5+ years of commercial HVAC related experience • Holds an EPA Certification. • Ability to troubleshoot, possessing mechanical and diagnostic skills. • Chiller and boiler servicing experience a plus. • System/BAS control experience and trouble shooting • Understanding and troubleshooting three-phase power. • Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary • Hand tools, gauges, volt/amp meter Preferred Education, Experience and Qualifications OSHA 10 - or 30-hour certification preferred Physical/Work Environment Requirements • Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs, be able to bend/stoop, squat/crouch, climb, kneel and twist. • Must be able to climb ladders, work both inside and outside, and around moving equipment safely.
