At each stop, you perform scheduled maintenance on residential or light commercial HVAC systems-cleaning coils, swapping out filters, inspecting electrical components, and testing system functions. You keep an eye out for any potential issues, recommending repairs when needed to keep systems running smoothly. Along the way, you educate customers on how to care for their equipment and improve performance. You wrap up each visit by completing digital service tickets and making sure your tools and vehicle are ready for the next call, all while following safety protocols and company procedures.
