They will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. They will be responsible for air quality systems from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance, and emergency repairs. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH • Practice and promote safety in such a way as including but not limited to; assessing risks before starting tasks, only performing authorized activities, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). • Perform skilled electrical maintenance work in the repair, installation and alteration of HVAC equipment, components, timers, motors and wiring systems as needed; connect motors to control panels. • Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. • Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. • Providing technical direction and on-the-job training. • Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. • Ensuring compliance with MSHA standards. • Complying with service standards, work instructions and other requirements. • Other duties as assigned. • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
