We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Owosso, Michigan.As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. You will also be responsible for managing your tools and equipment, preparing job sites, and ensuring the timely and efficient completion of all assigned tasks.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required; Vocational or technical school degree preferred- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in installing and servicing HVAC systems- Strong understanding of HVAC codes and regulations, safety procedures, and installation techniques- Proficient with hand and power tools, as well as testing equipment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Responsibilities:- Installing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical malfunctions, replacing or repairing defective parts and components, and providing recommendations for preventative maintenance- Performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including cleaning coils, changing filters, and checking refrigerant levels- Collaborating with other team members and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects and high-quality work - Communicating with customers to provide updates on work progress and to answer any questions they may have - Adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations during installations and maintenance procedures At HI Temp Heating and Cooling, Inc, we pride ourselves on our commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail.
